Ingredients

massaman curry paste

ml
coconut milk

beef or chicken

potatoes, diced
1
onion, sliced
1
tbsp
fish sauce
1
tbsp
palm sugar (or brown sugar)

tbsp
roasted peanuts (optional)
Instructions
Heat coconut milk and curry paste in a pot until fragrant.
Add meat and cook until lightly browned.
Add potatoes, onion, and remaining coconut milk.
Simmer for 30–40 minutes until tender.
Season with fish sauce and sugar.
Finish with peanuts and serve with rice.
