This website marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for me. One that goes far beyond recipes and kitchens, and into culture, heritage, storytelling, and connection.
I’ve been a chef for many years, working in commercial kitchens, cooking at a high level, and sharing food with people from all walks of life. But over time, I realised that somewhere along the way, I’d lost touch with an important part of who I am, my Thai roots and heritage.
This site exists to document that journey.
Over the coming months, I’ll be travelling, cooking, learning, and reconnecting with the culture, food, and stories that shaped me. Along the way, I’ll be sharing what I discover through videos/vlogs, blogs, recipes, cooking guides, and conversations with chefs, creators, and inspiring people from around the world.
